1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing immortalvows.com, ordering from our direct sales storefront, or joining our Reader Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All text, manuscripts, worldbuilding lore, character designs, logos, artwork, cover illustrations, and audio performances are the exclusive copyrighted intellectual property of author A. Alexander G. and Immortal Vows Publishing. No part of these works may be reproduced, redistributed, scraped, trained into generative models, or adapted without explicit written permission.
3. Direct Digital Goods & Licensing
Purchases of digital editions (such as ebooks, and audiobooks if offered) grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license for reading and listening. You may transfer files onto your personal devices (e.g. Kindle, Kobo, phone, tablet) for personal enjoyment. Resale, file sharing, public hosting, or pirating is strictly prohibited.
4. Physical Deliveries & Refund Policy
Deluxe hardcovers, box sets, and merchandise are fulfilled via trackable insured carriers. If physical goods arrive damaged in transit, please contact store support within 14 days of receipt with photos for an immediate replacement. Due to the immediate delivery of digital files, ebook and digital audio sales are generally non-refundable once download tokens have been accessed.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
